The HealthSMART P&CMS project preliminary activities have been initiated in the Grampians region through the distribution of a pre-Implementation Planning Study (IPS) questionnaire and a brief product overview. 

A number of IPS sessions will be held during June to review processes and requirements against the iPM product and identify any gaps which may require development or process change. The IPS dates will be distributed by 1^st May. We have endeavoured to hold the sessions at various locations so that travel times are shared amongst participating agencies.
