1. Wound Management Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) Project

The Wound Management Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) program is an initiative developed as part of the Victorian Government's Wound Management Project that aims to improve the management and treatment of chronic wounds within the Victorian community. The wound management clinical nurse consultant (CNC) is an initiative developed as part of the Victorian Wound Management Project that aims to improve the management and treatment of chronic wounds within the Victorian community. The Wound Management Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) project aims to improve outcomes for clients in rural Victoria who are receiving Home and Community Care (HACC) funded district nursing services and residents of high level care public sector residential aged care services (PSRACS) by strengthening the wound management practice of staff providing these services. Initially, the wound management CNC will be implemented for three years.
